Ballroom Dancing is cool

Today is my first day to attend in Ballroom dance, I am so excited.
We had a class about cha-cha. I thought it was a easy step before today, but after I learn it, I found out it is hard to control my foot and step.

We have to clip our legs tightly and stretch our foor into a square, then sway our hipbones. It's so difficult to keep body not to fall down.

After a hard traning class, I have sour legs, sour belly, and sour back. And I have a great night to sleep.....

Hi Tina. I see that you have not written nearly enough entries in your blog, though I admit that your writing is much more natural and idiomatic than some other classmates' writing is.
I note here that you describe your legs and so on as "sour," but though that would be fine in Chinese, in English "sour" is a flavor, not a muscle feeling. Use "sore" instead.
I'll rewrite this one; please examine the rewrite and the original to see what your errors were. . .

Today was my first Ballroom Dancing class, and it was so exciting. We started learning the Cha-cha. I used to think that it was an easy dance, but after learning it, I discovered that it was hard to control my feet and steps.
We had to [I don't understand what you meant by "clip"] our legs tightly and stretch our feet into squares, and then sway our hips. It was so difficult to keep our balance so as not to fall down!
After a hard period of training, I had sore legs, a sore belly, and a sore back--and now it's time for a great night of sleep!
