Ha-ha! The delicious food is coming again, are you drooling? Today, I will introduce the most
famous repasts in Ann-Ping of Tianan --- shrimps roll (蝦捲). Shrimps roll is handed down by a soldier who came from “Fuchou(福州)” first, our ancestors changed its way of makings and created another snack which have been popular among people until now. They mixed the flesh of fish which had been battered, shrimp, celery(or 高麗菜) and ground-meat into the peritoneum of pigs, deep-fly with heat for about one minute, that is done! You can dip some soya sauce or mustard, it will be more delicious!
