The way I relieve the pressure

Living in a busy, changeable, and highly competitive society, pressures are very closely associated with us. It can be caused from job, family, interpersonal relationship etc. But how to definite the “stress”? Is all that negative? And how to reduce our pressures? As my experience, I have three ways to relax myself. I will use some specific details and example to explain it.
First, I would write something bother me on my journal book, that can help me find the origin of stresses. The journal book is just like my close friend, and she always can listen to me quietly and make me express my thoughts and emotion. After I have calmed down later, I would review what I had written, and try to change my thoughts into other sides, it always can help me figure out the solution easily.
Secondly, go shopping is one of the good way to reduce the pressures. There is a practical research has found out that most of people feel they have heavy pressures because of their discontent and desire, including the accomplishment, appearance, or life style. I think spend money appropriately to satisfy our external requirement is essential, and it can make us feel more confidence and pacify our discontent.
The last but not least, I would choose to “sleep”, so that I can leave the factors of troubles and noisy. When we sleep deeply, the body and brain will get into a period of taking rest and relaxing. After a adequate sleeping, we will have sufficient motivation and energy to continue facing the pressures.
Pressure is omnipresent. It just like a snowball, can be bigger and bigger. We should realize the causes of the pressures completely and manage our emotion well. On one hand, it can avoid the psychological disease; on the other hand, we can turn the pressures into the encouragement and experiences in our life. To strive against the stresses completely, the stresses will make us grow up.
